Heat exhaustion caused by a person's exposure to heat can result in weakness or collapse. It usually involves a decrease in blood pressure. Explain why the homeostasis adjustment to heat can cause a drop in blood pressure.

I'm not sure if I'm correct. but is it because blood vessels are dilute, causing more blood flow to certain areas. therefore lower blood pressure?

I don't know if you are right, but I think you mean that the blood vessels on the surface of the skin are "dilated."
