Your question, if read literally, doesn't make sense.
I assume you want to know the formula for calcium chloride. It's CaCl2.
Ca is +2 and Cl is -1. You want the compound to be zero (since compounds are neutral), so +2 for calcium + (2*-1 = -2) for Cl makes +2 + (-2) = 0.
