Fossils are important because they show what life used to be like back then. Natural selection is when one animal has the same bone structure as its ancestor. One example of natural selection is the chicken and The mighty T.rex. These two animals have similar bone structures and walk pretty much the same. In fact, if we end up making dinosaurs, scientists are gonna use some bone matter and genes from chickens!
