This assignment isn't really that hard. From figure 4.3 you can choose 2 of the following health problems to write about...Biological Factors, Socioculteral Factors, Personality, Environmental, Behavior and Stressors. Then you expalin the role psycholgy has played in understanding and managing these health problems. The answers are in the reading. My advise is to read it and then decide which two have either the nost imformation you can find or choose the two you can either relate to or want to learn more about.

Psychology being the study of the human mind and bahavior seeks to understand and explain thoughts,emotions,and behavior.While health is a state of complete physical,mental,and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.Psychology is out to refine our understanding of the complex and sometimes contradictory nature of human behavior in health and in illness as it studies the mental processes and behavior.Psychology and health problems focuses on the coping strategies and adjusments people make to solve their health problems.
