What grade level is this geometry ?

Doing these kind of questions without knowing how to solve basic equations would be like learning how to play hockey without knowing how to skate.

right angle means 90º
so
8x-6 + 14x +8 = 90
22x = 90 + 6 - 8
22x = 88
x = 4
