Lisa needs to make 2 times as many tunas as cheese sandwiches and 4 times as many ham as cheese sandwiches. If Lisa makes 56 sandwiches, how many of each of the 3 kinds will she make?

Let c represent the cheese sandwiches.

c + 2c + 4c = 56
7c = 56
c = 8

Lisa makes 8 cheese sandwiches.
