I disagree with 0.15%. It's 0.15 as a fraction or 15% as a percent but not both at the same time.
15% x 25/300 = ?% Or you can do
0.15 x 25/300 and convert that fraction to a % by x 100 = ?
25.0 ml of 15% NH4NO3 solution is diluted to 300.0 ml. What is the concentration of the diluted solution?
.15% x 25=3.75ml
Do I divide by 300ml and that's my answer?

Sorry I should haved deleted the percent sign. I know you drop it and add the decimal.
I got 1.25
I got 1.25
That's my answer too but I think you should say the answer is 1.25%. By the way, it would be much better for everyone if you didn't change screen names. We can follow the thread better with the same name. It also helps on follow up questions to have the same screen name.
