No, it is not correct.
I suggest you stick to the same post for the same question, because what you post will be read by other students and other teachers. It will be hard to follow the thread if you split the questions in three or four posts.
Again, Dr. Bob has spent time writing up his rules and the method to do the conversions. I do not see any effort to apply his rules, which I find excellent. Did you have a chance to read his post?

Yes I Did.I Understand The Table Better.But Its Still A Little Confusing,My Mom Didn't have To Learn it So She Cant Help Either.But I Do Understand It Better.

There are 1000 mg in a gram. The correction factor you need to multiply 0.2 mg by is 10^-3 g/mg
