Just expand the binomial.
You know how to do it?
First term is (2y)^2 = 4y^2.
Second term is twice the product inside the parentheses which is 2y*-3 = -6y and twice that is -12y.
The third term is the last number squared which is -32 or +9. Do you see any answers that fit that? I do. If you will learn the method I showed you, you can do these things in your head.
