Instead of me doing this for you, tell me what you don't understand about the assignment? Do you want a particular SI prefix?

The SI units are a system, agreed upon internationally, that scientists will use for units. Here is a site that explains the SI system. This is not something you can absorb in one quick reading. You must think about it while reading through. Then practice will make you comfortable when using the system.

I'm not sure I understand the question either. Kg is a SI unit so you might change the first one to kg. That would be 36582.472 kg. (but g is a prefix, too, so I don't understand how you are to rewrite it.
The second is a SI unit of time as is the meter a SI unit of length. So I don't know how you could rewrite them to make them what they already are.
