Only two feet as I have assumed that both the man and his brother have one leg.
The dogs do not count as they do not have feet they have paws.

2*2+3*4+3*4=24 feet/paws
Plus 5 leashes of 6 feet each = 30 feet.
That makes 54 feet in all.
