suppose there is a 2-degree drop in temperature for every thousand feet that an airplane climbs into the sky.If the temperature on the ground which is at sea level is 52 degres what would be the temperature when the plane reaches an altitude of 27,000 ft.

wouldn't the altitude drop be -2(27000/1000)
