Some student made a terratium out ot the bottom of 2-liter soda bottle.They placeed a layer of gravel on the botton of the bottom of the and the added soil.they sprinkled 1/2 teaspoon of grass seed on top of the soil and added two small plants.Finally they waterd the plant and covered the top of the bottle with plastic wrap.At the end of a month, they notice that the grass had grown 2 cm and the plant werw thriving.This is most likely because-
