1 answer

At the end of the Second World War, there were big changes to countries and their governments. Some countries had to change their leadership and form new governments. Also, the borders of some countries were changed, and new countries were created. In the last decade of the twentieth century, there were more changes too. Some countries became independent from bigger countries, and some governments changed because of protests or revolutions. The world map looked different at the end of both times.
