Accuracy: How close the observed is to the generally accepted value.
Precision: How many digits appear in the value? 34.5555960686 is a very precise value, but it may be not accurate (the true value is 55.3)
Reliability: The tendency in an experiment of getting the same obserations and data repeatedly.
