I am not so certain "happy" applies, but certainly having a more fulfilling life is one. All of this originated in Maslow, years ago. In the seventies, my education in applied motivational concepts reduced Maslow to two principles: 1) the need to avoid pain, and 2)the need to grow. So in 1998, the concept of Positive Psychology took its turn: focus on the needs to grow, that is, develope and nuture talent, and leading a fulfilling life.

What is happiness?
Is it parties and laughter?
Or is it feeling wanted and that we're achieving worthwhile things?
