This expression can be evaluated directly with a calculator. But I believe this is not the idea of the problem.
We can apply to our advantage some of the basic rules of exponents, one of which can be applied: if numerator and denominator are raised to the same power, the division can be done before raising powers.
(14*5)²/(5²)
=(14*5/5)²
=14²
=196
