I assume you are solving for x.
On the right, multiply numerator and denomiantor by 100..
k=x/(6-x)
now multiply both sides by 6-x
k(6-x)=x
divide each side by k
6-x=x/k
add x to each side
6= x/k + x = x(1/k + 1)
or x= 6/(1+1/k)
On the right, multiply numerator and denomiantor by 100..
k=x/(6-x)
now multiply both sides by 6-x
k(6-x)=x
divide each side by k
6-x=x/k
add x to each side
6= x/k + x = x(1/k + 1)
or x= 6/(1+1/k)
