It’s such a pretty autumn color with a warm spiced pumpkin custard filling. The pie is sweet, but it isn’t too sweet. Pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg are a few of its star flavors. The crust is flaky, creamy, and it’s even a little bit salty. Biting into the crust will make your mouth water. Pumpkin Pie is like eating all of the flavors of autumn in one pie tin. It’s best when topped with a dollop of whipped cream or cold vanilla ice cream!
