this is the question...What are some measures a company can take to reasonably accommodatepeople with disabilities, or those with a known drug abuse problem,and how does the simulation demonstrate these? However, the only part I don't understand is the last. How do I simulate and demonstrate these on paper? PLEASE HELP!

I assume you read or saw a simulation (dramatization) of this problem.
The assignment is asking you to tell how this dramatization showed how a company can accommodate people with disabilities or a drug abuse problem. I don't know what was in the simulation, but many grocery stores are hiring mentally challenged people to carry out groceries. A deaf employee stocks shelves at night. Wheel-chair-bound employees are greeters or hold desk jobs. They make wonderful employees and the customers love them.

As for the company's accommodations -- the mentally challenged employees will have to have a more thorough and longer training period than other personnel. The physically challenged will need a wheel-chair accessible work station and bathroom.
