This question has the identical structure as the one I just answered for you.
Surely you can follow that example.

my answer is x=5 is it correct?
Answered by Reiny
no,
when subbing that back in you would get angles of 34 and 62, which obviously do not add up to 180 as they should

How did you possibly get x = 5 ?
Answered by jessica
This is what I did 2(x+12)= 2(5x+6)
2x+24+10x+12
12x=60
x=5
If not correct cn u give me the right one?...tnx
Answered by Dr Russ
Try it exactly the same way as the other one

2(x+12) + 2(5x+6) =180
2x+24+10x+12 =180
12x+36=180
12x=144
x=12

which gives 48 and 132 as the angles.
