Can someone help me Create an equation of a nonlinear function and provide two inputs for your classmates to evaluate.

V(h,k) = V(1,4), P(0,3).
Y = a(x - h)^2 + k.
P(0,3).
Y = a(0 - 1)^2 + 4 = 3,
a + 4 = 3,
a = -1.
Eq: Y = -1(x - 1)^2 + 4. Vertex Form.
Y = -x^2 + 2x - 1 + 4.
Y = -x^2 + 2x + 3.
Solve using Quadratic Formula:
X = -1, and 3.
Or (-1,0), and(3,0)
Input = X.
Output = Y.

(2,3)
(4,-5)
