what is a good alternative to evaporated milk?
i need to use it in a bread, and i don't have it

If you use regular milk, you'll need to boil it to get rid of about half of the water.

Correction -- SIMMER not boil the milk.

I would use milk, and add enough additional flour to kneed properly.
Evap milk substitute: 2/3 cup powerdered milk, 1/2 C water.
