how can you get the answer 16 using these numbers 4,3,2,1=16 you can not use any number more than one time. Help!

How about 4 x 2 x (3 - 1) = 16
If the order matters but no operations are specified then how about
4^(3-2)*1=16
Oops! I think I did that wrong. I thought I could get 16, but this is wrong.
4^(3-1^2)=16 I think is what I had the first time and then changed it.
4^(3-2+1)=16 The order is preserved too.
If we can use the factorial too, then how about
4! - 3^2 + 1 = 16
4 + 3! * 2* 1 =16
