- Snack: Carrot sticks with hummus
- Dinner: Baked salmon with quinoa and steamed broccoli

Physical Activity Log:
- 30-minute morning jog
- 20-minute strength training workout at the gym (including squats, lunges, bicep curls, and tricep dips)
- 15-minute walk during lunch break
- 45-minute yoga session in the evening
Overall, I feel good about today's nutrition and physical activity choices. I made sure to include a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates in my meals, and I also incorporated fruits and vegetables for added nutrients. In terms of physical activity, I had a good mix of cardiovascular exercise (jogging, walking) and strength training to work different muscle groups. I also took some time to do a yoga session to promote flexibility and relaxation.
