Laura: Yeah, to be honest, if someone ever told me you and me would get married 9 years ago I would never believe it. I mean, I always was mean and rude to you. And I thought you were a pest. But now I see how foolish I was.

Steve: You really mean that sweetums?

Laura: Of course Steve. There would be no one else I'd spend my life with rather then with you.

Steve: Oh thank you Laura Lee. I love you.

Laura: I love you to st-

Myra: WAIT!! STEVIEKINS!! WAIT!!

Steve and Laura: Myra??!!!!

Myra: Steve!! What are you doing with Laura?

Steve: Well didn't you know me and Laura got engaged and we are getting married today?

Myra: No. Well, yeah. I thought that was a smelly rumor, though. I didn't know that it was true! Why would you want to be with her? She treated you so bad.

Steve: Well Myra, I love Laura Winslow with all my heart ever since I saw her in kindergarten. Shes always been the girl for me. Even though she turned me down and treated me bad all of those agonizing years, its worth it now.

Myra: Don't you love me?

Steve: Oh yes Myra, very much so. That won't ever change.

Myra: Then why won't you be mine? Is it how I look? Is it how I act? What can I do?

Steve: Myra, you are as pretty as a rose. And your actions have nothing to do with it. I just love this lady a lot, my heart is for her. I am sorry but we can't get back together. We can still be friends.

Myra: Being friends isn't good enough! I miss you!!! Please Steven!!!

Steve: No Myra!!!

Myra: Please Steve!!

I told you already that we are getting married today, and nothing will ever change my mind. You couldn't accept that! And you were rushing me throughout our whole relationship! I told you to slow down and wait, but did you listen? No sir!! You were an awesome friend, but you just have to find yourself a new man.
