the question is not very clear
you say one card is drawn and then ask for the prob of a spade AND a 5. That suggests two cards are drawn.
Did you mean "the 5 of spades" ?, that is the answer that PsyDAG agreed with.
If 2 cards are actually drawn then the prob would be
C(13,1)xC(4,1)/C(52,2) = 52/1326
= 2/51
