                In this activity, you are going to apply some basic management principles to meal planning. Meal planning takes budgeting skills, inventory, efficient work methods, sometimes collaboration if you’re doing it with your family/roommates. 
Watch the following video entitled “How to Meal Plan”. Make sure to take notes about her 4 steps to meal planning; in this activity, you will complete the first 3!

Inventory your fridge, freezer, pantry
Figure out what's on sale
Plan out your meals
Go shopping
Task 1: Take an inventory of your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Make a list of at least 10 items that you think you might be able to use in a meal this week.
Task 2: Go online, use an app, or use the newspaper and list at least 5 items that are on sale in your area. Make sure to include the store name where the most items are on sale.
Task 3. Go to allrecipies and choose at least 2 recipes that use a lot of the ingredients that either you already have or that you found on sale
Task 4: Answer the following questions:
Can you see yourself meal planning in your real life? Why or why not?
