i just want to know that why is the time here like 3 hours ahead from the actual regular time

First -- there is no "actual" regular time.

Remember that the earth revolves around the sun. When it's light in some places, it's dark in others.

I think of it this way -- when I get up at 7 a.m. in Michigan, in the Eastern Time zone, it's just getting light. But in California, in the Western Zone, it's still dark and only 4 a.m.

Ahh -- the website is on Eastern Time. But you must be in the Western Time Zone. This website shows Eastern Time.
