Use FOIL (first, inner, outer, last)
Multiply the first 2k*7k
Then multiply the inner 7*7k
Next, the outer 2k*-1
Finally, the last 7*-1
It will look like this:
14k^2 + 49k - 2k -7
Combine your like terms (the ks) and you are done!
