I choose April because stella is already in the group she wants to be president of and she can work towards that. April has a dream/goal that she really wants to reach. So if she was accepted it would be a better choice to allow her to join the photography club. It is more educational for April anyways. If April is allowed to join she would be a good influence on the other students too.
