Remember when this question is asked, the interviewer has already looked at your HS records, and your recommendation letters. The interviewer will already have a mental list of your assets and deficiencies.

One item often seen in HS records and letters is the students lack of community service. What did he/she do for others? Colleges often use this guage to find students who will serve more than their self interest. So if you didn't do much in that area, you might mention it.
