What do you think about yourself? What qualities do you possess that makes you "you"? These include, but are not limited to, physical traits, abilities, goals, values and social relationships.
As a partial example, I see myself predominantly as a teacher, husband, parent, grandparent and friend. I value close emotional relationships, caring about others, knowledge and honesty. Physically, I see myself as a gray-haired, overweight but physically active, older man.
I could go on, but this should give you the example you wanted.
I hope this helps a little more. Thanks for asking.
