I can understand why you felt sad after reading about Rafaela's situation. It must be frustrating for her to have a desire to go outside and dance but be prevented from doing so by her husband's overprotectiveness. The feeling of being trapped can be really suffocating, and I can see why you would be upset if someone forced you to stay home forever, depriving you of the activities you enjoy.
Feeling limited in such a way can lead to boredom and a strong desire to break free from those restrictions. It's natural to feel the need to express yourself and engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. However, resorting to violence or "throwing hands" may not be the best solution.
Instead, it could be helpful to open up communication with the person who is restricting or controlling your freedom. Expressing your feelings and trying to find a compromise could lead to a better understanding of each other's perspectives. Finding ways to engage in activities you love while also considering their concerns might help create a healthier and more balanced situation.
Remember, violence usually doesn't solve problems but exacerbates them. Seeking constructive solutions through communication and patience is often a more effective way to handle such situations.
