When solo providers have to face expanding their hours to accommodate more of their patients, what kind of impact do you feel this will have on the provider's health?

What happens to anyone when he/she expands his/her working hours? Do they cut down on the amount of sleep they get? Do they cut down on the amount of family/recreation time they have? What do they cut down on (or cut out of their lives) in order to accommodate the longer working hours? How do these decreases affect the person's health, physical or mental?
