    Use the slope formula Y2-Y1/X2-X1 to find the slope and then insert that for m in the slope intercept for y = mx+b then plug in one of the sets of values for y and x to find b.
i can solve it for you if you want...

    (-4)-(-3)/(3)-(2)=-1
y=-1x+b
-3=-1(2)+b
-3=-2+b
-1=b
y=-x-1

y=-1x+b
-3=-1(2)+b
-3=-2+b
-1=b
y=-x-1
