I don't quite understand this one; choose the answer choice that contains an illogical comparison:

A.The architect's plan was more expensive than the company had expected.
B.These strawberries are the biggest ones we've grown.
C.He's got more cats than anyone else in town.
D.The car's seats are more comfortable than the trucks
D?

A.Wow! You draw better than anyone I've seen!
B.These have to be the most delicious tamales in town.
C.Your dog can do more tricks than mine can.
D.The new program has been desgined more cleverly than the others.
D again?

I don't even know how to find the answer, I'm guessing. Can someone please explain?
Thanks

A.The architect's plan was more expensive than the company had expected.
B.These strawberries are the biggest ones we've grown.
C.He's got more cats than anyone else in town.
D.The car's seats are more comfortable than the trucks Is this incomplete? If you add a period at the end, then it's not clear if you're comparing cars and trucks or car seats and truck seats.

A.Wow! You draw better than anyone I've seen! Can you draw better than yourself? By adding the word "else" after "anyone," then this comparison is cleared up.
B.These have to be the most delicious tamales in town.
C.Your dog can do more tricks than mine can.
D.The new program has been desgined more cleverly than the others.
The first one isn't incomplete, I just have it that way. I think they're comparing seats.
Thanks though

Then for #1, D is the right choice.
