Question

x+9>2
how do I solve and graph this?

The graphing part would be hard to explain. The equation, you solve the same as if the greater than sign (>) was an equal sign. (But don't change it to an equal sign)

a+b>c

To solve for a:

a>b-c

Matt

I'm stupid sometimes. That last line should be:

a>c-b

Matt

so would the answer be 7 and a dotted line?

I'm sorry i met -7

x > -7
Good job
And yes to the dotted line. Just don't forget to shade it in too.
