inverse of y=(x+6)^3+3

Answers

Answered by Reiny
step 1, switch the x and y variables

so ... x = (y+6)^3 + 3

step 2, solve this for y

x-3 = (y+6)^3
(x-3)^(1/3) = y+6
(x-3)^(1/3) - 6 = y
