The previous questions that I submitted are still unclear to me as a plug and chug approach does not help me at all. Can you please explain better?

I thought that plug and chug was the favorite expression for the younger generation. I have posted an answer, in great detail, below at the original post. Re-post with your work if you get stuck on any of the others or if you don't understand what I did.
