This refers to Sir Gawain and the Green Knight

Gawain's actions at the castle reveal that the knight's moral code values:

b. courage
c. loyalty
d. NONE OF THE ABOVE

I put B, I am not sure though.... ???

The knight's values include a, b, and c, but you need to decide which one is overriding -- or if there is something that is even more important.

It's supposed to be chivalry. Now if you believe chivalry includes all the others, then yes, choose D.
