We're learning about energy conservation and I need to realte it to a rollar coaster. I said that the rollar coaster has the highest gpe at the higest height but how would I relate that to energy conseveration?

The roller coaster has its highest speed (and kinetic energy) where the gpe is lowest, and vice versa. The sum of the two remains constant (neglecting friction)
