If you think you are having problems related to blood pressure (BP), you should take it more often. Since I have hypertension (high blood pressure) problems, I take my BP almost every day. If there is some deviation, I may repeat the BP within minutes to see if it is transient or long lasting. (Thankfully, they have been transient.)

Note that blood pressure typically varies during the cycle of the day. Make sure you follow the correct procedures when taking your BP.
