3. ACT 3 - "Freeze":
After further evolving into ACT 3, Echoes gains the power to temporarily freeze objects or people upon physical contact. This ability allows Josuke to immobilize opponents, solidify liquids, or create barriers by freezing the air around him. The frozen target remains in a state of suspension until Echoes releases its hold.
4. ACT 4 - "Requiem":
In a dire situation, Echoes can reach its ultimate form, ACT 4, by achieving a Requiem Stand. ACT 4 allows Echoes to manipulate time and space, enabling Josuke to rewind or fast-forward specific events. This power can not only undo damage but also predict opponents' movements or alter the outcome of battles.
