Do i use something like v=sqr(k)/m*x. I am getting something like 3.2, is this somewhat correct at all.

The muzzle velocity Vx is given by
Vx*T = 0.2 m
where T is the time it takes the bullet to fall 0.05 m.
0.05 m = (1/2) g T^2
T = sqrt (0.101 s)
