Resident Evil Village is an upcoming survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom. It is the tenth main entry in the Resident Evil series, and a sequel to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. The game takes place a few years after the events of the previous game and follows the story of Ethan Winters, who has relocated with his wife Mia to a remote village in Europe. However, their peaceful life is interrupted when tragedy strikes and Ethan is faced with a new, terrifying threat. The game is set to feature a first-person perspective, improved graphics and sound design, and more action-packed gameplay than its predecessor. It will be released on May 7, 2021 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
