Help me solve this problem please, I have tried so many time.I can not seem to get the problem right.

x =4 > -10 is this right

x < -20
x + 12 > 2

since the operator was "OR"
the solution is
x < -20 OR x > -10
had the operator been "AND" there would have been no solution.
