Factor

(m + 4) (a – 5) + (m + 4) (a + 3)
I think this is correct

(a-5)+(a+3)

a+a = 2a

-5+3 = -2

(m+4) (2a–2)
Final Answer???

I think the answer is this because (m+4) is the common factor and then you add a+a to get 2a-2.

(m+4) (2a-2)???? is this correct?

That is right as far as it goes. However, you can still factor out the 2.

2(m+4)(a-1)

I hope this helps a little more. Thanks for asking.
