One should assume that you have done some reading in this area, but even if you didn't, you should be able to rule out three of the four answers by using common sense.
You will get much better feedback if you state what you think the answer is instead of leaving it up to others to do your research
When an audience feels your message is unimportant to them, you should:
a) use threatening language to show the seriousness of the matter
b) make any action requested as easy as possible to accomplish
c) avoid imposing deadlines for action
d) make the message long and detailed so perhaps something will catch their attention
