Factor

(m + 4) (a – 5) + (m + 4) (a + 3)
I cut it down to 2 possibilities.

(m + 4) (2a – 2)

(m + 4) (a2 – 2) Think it's this one

(m +4)(a - 5 + a +3) = (m + 4)(2a -2)
= 2(m + 4)(a - 1)

So then the answer would be

(m + 4) (2a – 2) OR

(m + 4) (a2 – 2)

You are still not factoring out the 2 in the second part of the formula. You have not factored it completely. See my previous answer.
